The apartment is on the 1st floor and its rooms with south-east-facing windows are getting their peak sunlight and heat during the mornings. This is the best choice for groups of 4 people or families who would like to enjoy the comfort of a private apartment. Its maximum capacity is up to 5 guests, but it’s perfect for 4.
The guests of this apartment also have free access to the beautiful SKY Rooftop Terrace from where they can enjoy the wonderful view of the city. Upon the guest’s request, the outdoor grill can also be used for private barbecue parties.
Is breakfast included?
No, but most of the apartments have fully equipped kitchens if the guests are willing to prepare a home made meal themselves.

What should I NOT pack?
We provide the basic toiletries, sets of towels, and of course bedding according to the season. There is a hair fan in each apartment. Additionally, the kitchens are equipped with oil, vinegar, salt, coffee etc.
Is a deposit required to make a reservation?
99% of the times deposit is NOT needed. But in the high summer season or during holidays and important events in the city, we keep the right to accept reservations only with pre-paid 50% deposit.
Is there an elevator?
Unfortunately NO. We advise guests who have difficulties with climbing stairs, to only consider the apartments on the first floor.
